upgrade of linens
The standard rental includes linens for 300 guests. Additional color and fabric options are available, or a client may rent linens from a local rental company.
Non-disposable tableware is available (glassware, flatware, dinnerware).
outdoor audio system
If a PA system for the outdoor ceremony is needed and not provided by an outside professional such as a DJ, an outdoor PA system is available for rent from Lilydale. All set up and take down of this system is included in the upgrade fee.
Additional banquet and ceremony chairs over the 300 provided are available for up to 500 guests.
Supplementary lighting options are available.
Elegant floral and greenery decorating options are available.
choice of caterer
Lilydale allows the flexibility to hire a caterer of your choice. Whether you prefer submarine sandwiches or an elegant 5-course dinner, you choose the menu for your special event.
The spacious kitchen area includes walk-in refrigeration, freezers, a 3-compartment sink, ice machine, and an automatic commercial dishwasher.
Beverages for the event, outside of what are provided by the hired caterer, will be purchased through Lilydale. Soda, coffee, tea, lemonade, etc. will be sold as individual servings or purchased in bulk quantities.
If a client or caterer is in need of additional help, Lilydale staff members are available to assist with decorating, set up, and supplementary service during an event. The scheduling of additional staff will be determined prior to the event and based on specific needs. Additional bar staff over and above the included 16 hours will be scheduled as needs and guest counts require, to be paid by the client.
