Lilydale is the perfect place to host your wedding. We welcome parties, large and small, to our spacious, climate-controlled facility. The Main Hall with expansive hardwood dance floor, and a welcoming Foyer and cozy Parlor graciously accommodate wedding parties of up to 500 guests! The lovely Bridal Suite and distinguished Groom's Lounge will make the wedding party feel right at home. The spacious Veranda and Outdoor Terrace offer breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside.

the venue

Your reservation provides exclusive use of the entire Lilydale facility, including both indoor and outdoor spaces. You may choose from multiple ceremony sites and enjoy landscaped gardens, walking paths, and ample parking.

the perks

The following are included for entire facility rentals.

  • 60" round reception tables and chairs, including basic white tablecloths and napkins
  • Ceremony seating
  • Use of outdoor ceremony sites
  • On-site supervisor and staff for the day of the event
  • Set up and arrangement of reception tables and chairs prior to the event
  • Bartending staff
  • Pre-arranged time for rehearsal, often the morning of the ceremony or a previous day
  • Post-event cleaning

licensed kitchen

A licensed professional caterer is welcome to use the kitchen to serve wedding guests. Whether providing a sampling of hors-d'oeuvres or a five-course dinner, caterers will appreciate the spacious kitchen area which includes:

  • Walk-in refrigeration
  • Freezers
  • 3-compartment sink
  • Ice machine
  • Automatic commercial dishwasher

This spacious central space is perfect for dancing, large parties, and wedding dinners.

the parlor

ceremony sites

Once couples are ready for the day, a choice of ceremony sites is available for reservation.

Wedding Pricing & Policies

We carefully consider each event and plan for it uniquely. Call us today for more details. Rental of the facility for weddings is based upon the following prices.

May – October

  • Friday – $4,800 per day
  • Saturday – $5,700 per day
  • Sunday – Thursday, $4,000 per day

Use of building for day(s) of rental includes all public rooms including the Parlor, Foyer, Main Hall, Bridal Suite, and Groom's Lounge.

Standard facility hours are:

  • Friday & Saturday 9:00 AM - Midnight
  • Sunday through Thursday 9:00 AM - 11:00 PM

November – April

  • Friday – $4,400 per day
  • Saturday – $5,300
  • Sunday – Thursday, $3,600 per day

Pricing is based on 300 guests. Lilydale can accommodate about 500. Standard wedding rentals are for one day. Longer rentals will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

Licensed bartenders will be staffed for each event. All alcoholic beverages will be purchased through Lilydale.

We encourage responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages at all events.

Additional Amenities

To complement the basic space rental, guests at Lilydale have the opportunity to rent additional amenities. These extra amenities will be available to guests on an à la carte basis, depending on their specific needs. The following list briefly describes the optional venue rentals provided at an additional charge.

upgrade of linens

The standard rental includes up to 30 white linen tablecloths and napkins. Additional color and fabric options are available, or a client may rent linens from a local rental company.

upgraded dinnerware

Non-disposable tableware is available (glassware, flatware, dinnerware).

outdoor audio system

If a PA system for the outdoor ceremony is needed and not provided by an outside professional such as a DJ, an outdoor PA system is available for rent from Lilydale. All set up and take down of this system is included in the price.

additional seating

Additional banquet and ceremony chairs over the 300 provided are available for up to 500 guests.

lighting options

Supplementary lighting options are available upon request.

floral services

Elegant floral and greenery decorating options are available upon request.

choice of caterer

Lilydale allows the flexibility to hire a caterer of your choice. Whether you prefer submarine sandwiches or an elegant 5-course dinner, you choose the menu for your special event.

licensed kitchen

The spacious kitchen area includes walk-in refrigeration, freezers, a 3-compartment sink, ice machine, and an automatic commercial dishwasher.

entire meal preparation

Options are available for a caterer to prepare the entire meal on-site in the licensed commercial kitchen.

beverage service

Beverages for the event, outside of what is provided by the hired caterer, will be purchased through Lilydale. Soda, coffee, tea, lemonade, etc. will be sold as individual servings or purchased in bulk quantities.

additional staff

If a client or caterer is in need of additional help, Lilydale staff members are available to assist with decorating, set up, and supplementary service during an event. The scheduling of additional staff will be determined prior to the event and based on specific needs. Additional bar staff over and above the included 16 hours will be scheduled as needs and guest counts require, to be paid by the client.
